Placing a Order:
Placing an order at  Wholesale Outlet  is very simple. When you come across the item you are interested in, click on it. This will bring up a large picture and a long description. The quantity discount here is the key. You will need to remember the quantity discount...you can write it down...copy and paste it..etc. Once you click "Add To Cart," the order form will have all the information about the item except the quantity discount. This is where you simply type in the quantity needed in the quantity blank, then click "Update Subtotal". Now you click "keep shopping" to find more items to add to your order. You repeat this process with each item until you are finished with the order The database does all of the quantity discount calculations and keeps up with your current total. Just click "Update Subtotal" to get your current total.

Once you are finished placing the order, click the "Check Out" option. You will then be prompted to fill out the necessary information about you and your company. Name, address, phone, payment method, etc. This is a secure site and 100% safe! We are not responsible for any content error, typographical error, or any other error that may occur in product descriptions.

Phone orders: $5 fee.

Patch Work Leather: Most of our leather items are of a beautiful quality of patch work leather stitching. Unless the item description states solid or smooth leather it will be patch work stitching.

International Shipping:
We only ship directly to the lower 48 continental states of the USA.

SHIPPING RUSH SERVICE: For a $10 fee, you can request To ship your order out by the next business day. If you are interested in this service, when ordering please note this in the comments on the order form. The appropriate fee will be added to your order total. You must allow the usual transit time for UPS or truck. Deadline for RUSH service is noon.

Note: This RUSH service and $10 fee are automatically added if you request: UPS over night, 2nd day or 3rd day.

Shipping Charges: You are sure to be happy with our great S&H rates. If you are concerned about the S&H cost there is a place for comments in the "shopping cart" check out. Just note in the comments that you don't want your order sent until you get a shipping quote. Handling fee: We charge a nominal $4.99 per order. This handling expense covers the cost of breaking down pallets, breaking case loads, reboxing, packaging and creating labels etc.

RETURN POLICY: Pre-Authorized Returns Other Than Damaged Due to Freight Carrier Return all products that fail during the stated warranty period to the address given on the warranty card. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. NO RETURNS will be accepted without written authorization from Resellers Wholesale. We will not make any adjustments or replacements on UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Returns must include a copy of your original invoice with the date of purchase, authorization return number (RA#) and a note stating the specific reason for the return. All authorized returns are to be in original boxes and in new condition. When packaging items to be returned, be sure they are packed inside another master carton to prevent damage during the return shipping. You will receive either credit or replacement from us. Any merchandise received that is not in original boxes or the condition of the product is NOT new, is subject to be returned to you and no credit issued. All returns are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

All returns must be returned with shipping pre-paid, Shipping and handling are not refundable.
